1. Acceptance of KIS 916 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you (the user) and KIS 916 (platform). By visiting, registering, or using any part of the platform KIS 916, you automatically agree to comply with all terms set out herein.

This Terms & Conditions document should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours, all of which together form the complete agreement between you and KIS 916. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

2. User Eligibility

3. Registration & Account Management

You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, up to date, and truthful. KIS 916 reserves the right to verify this information at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals. Required documents include:

• Full name as stated on your MyKad or passport
• An active Malaysian phone number
• A valid email address
• Bank account or digital wallet details for payment purposes

3.2 Password Security

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. KIS 916 does not accept third-party deposits. Should a deposit be received from an unrecognised or third-party source, KIS 916 reserves the right to freeze the account and return the funds.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at KIS 916 are processed manually by our finance team. Standard processing time is between 15 minutes and 24 hours, depending on the chosen withdrawal method and whether additional verification is required.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• The maximum daily withdrawal is RM 50,000 for standard accounts.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted.

5.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of KIS 916 commitment to anti-money laundering, all members are required to complete the KYC process before making their first withdrawal. Required documents are:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by KIS 916 is subject to wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms and conditions, and are typically between 10x and 30x the bonus amount.

• Example: A bonus of RM 100 with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling RM 2,000 before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Different games may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements — please refer to each promotion's terms for details.
• The validity period for completing wagering requirements is typically 7–30 days from the date the bonus is credited.

6.2 Betting Limits While a Bonus Is Active

While a bonus is active in your account, the maximum bet per round or single wager is RM 25 unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Any bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of that bonus.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

KIS 916 takes bonus abuse seriously. Behaviour considered to constitute bonus abuse includes:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Deliberately using low-risk betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements
• Colluding with other players to manipulate betting outcomes
• Claiming bonuses using false information or unauthorised payment methods

Should bonus abuse be detected, KIS 916 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, close the account and confiscate all associated funds.

7. General Game Rules

All games on KIS 916 — including video slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, e-sports, and virtual sports — are subject to the following general rules:

7.1 Game Results

All slots and casino game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified. Game results are final and cannot be altered once a round is complete. In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, KIS 916 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the bet amount to the player's account.

7.2 Sports Betting

For Sports Betting covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton and e-sports, the following additional rules apply:

• All bets are settled based on the official results declared by the relevant governing body of the competition.
• Live (in-play) bets are final once confirmed by the system, even if the odds change thereafter.
• Matches postponed by more than 48 hours will be considered void and all stakes will be refunded.
• KIS 916 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Platform users KIS 916 is strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

Any breach of the above rules will result in immediate action by KIS 916, including account closure, confiscation of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

9. Account Closure & Restrictions

KIS 916 reserves the right to close, block, or suspend any account at any time for reasons including violation of Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity, or at the user's own request.

9.1 Account Closure Upon Request

9.2 Appeals Procedure

If your account is blocked or terminated by KIS 916 and you believe the action taken was unfair, you may submit a formal appeal within 30 days of the restriction date by emailing support@kis916.ws with your account details and grounds for appeal.

10. Liability Limits

Platform KIS 916 is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors or disruptions.

KIS 916 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connection failures or technical disruptions on the user's end
• Betting or game outcomes that have been finalised by the system
• Any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the use of the platform
• Data loss due to factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters or unavoidable cyberattacks
